マザーボードを入れ替えたらxubuntuの起動が遅くなった件、対策。
etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rulesの中身はこんなになっていた。

ハードウェア的にeth0のはずのオンボードLANポートがeth1になっているのが原因っぽい。これを以下のように変更。
